You will find a form below to sign up for the referral program, this will assist us in keeping track of all who are participating and their rewards.
After your form is filled out, you will receive a personalized digital $50 gift card with your name on it in a few days. This will be $50 that can be gifted to someone you love and it can be put towards any Maternity, Newborn, Story Experience (Maternity+Newborn) or Family Session of their choosing.
You will be able to print this card out and send it to as many people as you would like, because there are no limits on the amounts of rewards you will receive with referrals who complete the booking process. The only limit is that the person you referred can only use one $50 Gift Card per booking.
When your friend or family member books with us, they will need to show your personalized gift card to get the $50 off their session. We will take note of your name and you will receive from us a special $50 gift card that you can use towards your next session!
Your gift cards will never expire, and you will be able to use multiple gift cards towards one session if you wish, and you can use it towards any session we offer (even our discounted and special sessions!).
So long story short, the more people you send our way, the more money you save!
