For much of my 20s, I would never look in a mirror, I hated so so so much what I saw there. I remember nights of crying and asking myself “when will I finally fall in love with myself?” It honestly took until my late 30s to realize that falling in love with yourself is impossible. You know all of your biggest flaws, your expectations of yourself (based on too many outside factors) are likely way too high and you likely have been taught your whole life that thinking highly of yourself is vain.

So you have to choose to fall in love with yourself.

That in itself could be quite scary. It is so hard to get past all of that negative self talk. But you are BRAVE. Speaking from experience, I feel like I never was able to tap into my own power as a woman, heal my lifetime of hurts, or genuinely care about myself until I finally just began to choose to love myself.

Wherever you are on your journey of loving yourself, I would love to capture it. Photography is powerful, and when used correctly, it is so healing as well. A session with me will allow you to see yourself from the eyes of someone else. Also a healthy dose of humour and a dash of ridiculousness, because I just can’t help but be a goof sometimes.
